At Mount Litera Zee School, we believe that every child is unique, just like how no two fingerprints are alike. Each child has a unique brain network that shapes how she/he absorbs and responds to stimuli. We provide a complete and unique educational experience for the child, preparing her/him for a successful life in the contemporary society.
We nurture them with life skills, values and habits. To ensure this, we give every student access to world-class infrastructure and an innovative curriculum that promotes all-round development of the child by imbibing traditional values.
The school offers us multiple learning opportunities and hence it is in our benefit that we make the most of them. We aim, as citizen leaders, to add surplus to our surroundings and not deficit. Therefore, attending school and making most of the opportunities is the key. Students must have a minimum attendance of 85% during the academic year in order to take the school examinations.
Students are expected to have strict adherence to the school timings. Students must report to class on time after the break or activity period.
Long leave may only be taken with the prior permission of the Principal. However, parents have to inform the class teacher if their child would not be attending school for whatsoever reason. When, and if students come late or go early due to pre-planned reasons, teachers need to be informed at least a day prior.
We have a very unique homework policy wherein, students don't have to take all the books home. Homework for only two subjects is given to students. The rest of the books are kept in the cupboard allotted to them in the school premises.
Students have to adhere to the lunch policy given by the school to develop healthy eating habits.
We believe that communication is one of the most important elements and we must have command over our language. Therefore, it becomes rather necessary that all conversations take place in English (apart from supervised times such as Hindi sessions). Moreover, to build the
culture of speaking with effect, we must also be role models for each other and support one another to express ourselves clearly.
One calendar months’ notice or one-month fee in lieu thereof has to be deposited. Exception may be made in case of sudden transfer of Armed forces personnel.
For students withdrawn will not be issued until all dues are cleared.
The school on disciplinary grounds for issues related to Physical Violence, Verbal or Physical Abuse, Theft or any other serious crime.
Must be submitted in the school office on or before 31st March, if a parent wants to withdraw his/her ward after the completion of an academic session. Failing this the fee for one quarter of the year will be payable by the parent.
